Printed Apparel (DTG & DTFlex)
Printed garments are made to be worn and enjoyed, but a little extra care goes a long way.
Washing
- Wash in cold water.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Use a gentle cycle with similar colors.
- Choose a mild detergent.
- Avoid fabric softeners.
- Only use non-chlorine bleach if absolutely necessary.
- Do not dry clean.
Drying
- Air drying is always the best option.
- If you prefer a dryer, use a low heat setting.
Ironing
- Iron inside out using a cool setting.
- Never iron directly over the printed design.
Following these simple steps helps keep colors vibrant and reduces fading, cracking, and shrinking.
Embroidered Products
Embroidery is durable and designed to last, but the stitched threads deserve a little extra attention.
Clothing
- Wash inside out in cold water using a gentle cycle.
- Use a mild detergent.
- If you notice a small amount of color residue after washing, simply rinse the garment with lukewarm water followed by cold water. Avoid rubbing the embroidery.
Drying
- Don’t leave embroidered garments soaking or piled up while wet.
- Avoid wringing the fabric.
- Tumble dry using a cool air setting.
Ironing
- Iron inside out, preferably with a cloth between the iron and the fabric.
- Avoid steam directly on the embroidery.
Hats & Caps
Caps keep their shape much better when washed by hand.
- Clean with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
- Use a soft cloth to remove small stains.
- Avoid brushes, as they may damage the embroidery.
- Never machine wash your cap, as it can lose its shape.
Bags, Backpacks & Shoes
These items don’t usually need a full wash.
Instead:
- Clean with a damp cloth whenever possible.
- If necessary, hand wash with cold water.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.
All-Over Print Apparel
For garments printed from edge to edge:
- Machine wash cold with similar colors.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Iron on a low setting if needed.
Keeping the temperature low helps preserve the vibrant all-over print.

Pillowcases
- Machine wash cold.
- Do not bleach.
- Avoid tumble drying.
- Iron on low heat if needed.
Pillow inserts should not be washed, ironed, or tumble dried.
Sublimation Products
Items such as socks, blankets, towels, and laptop sleeves stay looking their best with gentle care.
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F maximum).
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Air drying is recommended, although low heat tumble drying is also suitable.

Different mugs require different care.

- Keep away from direct sunlight.

- Remove dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Cleaning your phone case only takes a minute.
- Remove it from your phone.
- Clean using a soft cloth, mild soap, and water.
- Let it air dry completely.
- Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, which may affect the printed design.
Stainless Steel Water Bottles
To protect the insulation and vacuum seal:
- Hand wash only.
- Do not place in the dishwasher.
Wooden Ornaments
Simply wipe with a slightly damp cloth whenever needed.
Yoga Mats
To freshen your mat between workouts:
- Spray lightly with water mixed with a few drops of essential oil.
- Dry with a clean towel.
For a deeper clean:
- Wipe using a towel dampened with mild soap and water.
- Rinse and allow it to air dry completely.
